Clear NotesTM is our proprietary system. We use the latest in advanced, Web-based software technology. Clear NotesTM blends the benefits of our software and embedded speech recognition with extensive quality control from our proof-reading staff. This service is designed to enhance accuracy, reduce costs and improve turnaround time.
Proof Readers. High quality documentation is critical to patient care. We provide at least one proof reader for every ten full-time transcriptionists. This ensures your records are accurate and of the highest quality.
