August 23, 2001: Our business relationship with TNI began in June of 1999. We outsource with TNI on a daily basis on an average of 600 minutes daily (900 to 1,000 is not uncommon with TNI). TNI always does their best to accommodate us. TNI has demonstrated a ‘can do’ attitude with regards to meeting our outsourcing needs. We especially appreciated their services help during peak backlogs. The staff has strong computer skills related to file transfer and management of electronic files.
